The best thing about Redefine IT is that they are real people. They’ve been with us since we formed in 2014 with just a handful of personal notebooks. Since then, Redefine IT have implemented a low cost Windows Essentials Server with email at o365. They’ve added structure and security to our data storage. We are now running 50+ computers, most of which are Windows with half a dozen Macbooks. Redefine IT have also managed an office move and encouraged us to ‘think big’ when it came to infrastructure in our new bigger space. They’ve adapted their working practices to suit the expanding and contracting nature of our tv production business, they’ve fielded calls of every conceivable description, they’re calm, responsive and always keen to help.
